With years of experience supporting new parents, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the transition into parenthood can be. Between building a registry, setting up your space, and trying to stay calm through it all, it’s a lot. And while there are endless checklists and online guides, there’s nothing like personalized support from someone who truly understands the journey.

That’s why I created Well Nested, to help expecting families clear the clutter (physically and mentally), and build a space that supports healing, bonding, and rest.
Our rates
Tier 1
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
Starting At $300 | Get started
Tier 2
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.

Tier 3
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals.

At Well Nested, I blend my doula expertise with a love for thoughtful organization and warm, functional design. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help create a home that works beautifully for your growing family.
Well Nested takes care of the details, so you can feel confident and excited with expert support from a certified Postpartum and Labor Doula.

Yes! While in-person services are available across San Diego County, many of our offerings can also be delivered virtually, including registry curation and planning sessions.
